Native to Broome County and a graduate of SUNY Cortland, Andrea Rotella knows the area well! Serving as a Full-time Director of Compliance/Privacy Officer & Advocacy Program Lead for Care Compass, Andrea feels passionate about helping others and assuring that efficiency and quality are being upheld.

An active part of her community, Andrea serves in multiple capacities including the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier (MHAST) Board of Directors - President; Greater Binghamton Association of Realtors (GBAR) Government Affairs Committee, Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council Legislative Committee; Broome Leadership Institute - Graduating Class of 2023; and Highland Greens HOA Board - Vice-President.

Whether it is a real estate transaction, an intense CrossFit class, or spending time with her family, Andrea has a passion and drive for living life to its fullest.
