A Broome County native and SUNY Cortland graduate, Andrea brings deep local knowledge and a passion for service to everything she does. As the Director of Compliance and Privacy Officer for Care Compass, she is dedicated to ensuring quality, efficiency, and advocacy for the individuals and communities she serves.

Andrea’s commitment to advocacy extends to her work in real estate. She believes that promoting and protecting homeownership is one of the most important responsibilities of a Realtor. She actively serves on the Greater Binghamton Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee, the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee, and represents her colleagues as a State Political Coordinator for the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR).

Deeply invested in her community, Andrea also serves as President of the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier (MHAST) Board of Directors and as a Board Member for Catholic Charities of Broome County.

Passionate and driven, Andrea approaches every part of life with focus and energy—whether guiding clients through real estate transactions, challenging herself in CrossFit, strengthening her community through board service, or enjoying time with her three sons and their English bulldog.
